One Residence Stay is accessible via 3 major highways: Alor Gajah, Ayer Keroh and Lebuh AMJ. From Ayer Keroh Tol gate proceed through Jalan Ayer Keroh about 7.5km, turn left at the traffic light before the King's hotel and drive along Jalan Bukit Katil about 5.6km until you reach the meeting point of Jalan Bukit Katil & Lebuh AMJ. Turn right at the traffic light into Jalan Semabok heading Malacca Town direction about 900 metres, turn left into Taman Pertam Jaya, and we are just 600 metres on your left.

Malacca streets in the older/historical part of the city are narrow, so exploring on foot, bike or bicycle is a good idea for pictures shooting, souvenirs hunting and sample some rather peculiar Malaccan street food.
