Each premises is limited to 8 adult guests only. Extra mattresses are available upon request for maximum 2 additional guests only and are subject to a surcharge of RM25.00 nett per guest. No charge for children under 6 years sharing existing bed with parent.
You have to check in at Sunflower Hotel reception counter to make necessary payment and collect the keys. Sunflower Hotel located at the same residence area and take only less than 1 minute drive to the houses.

All reservation with deposit paid will be held for guest arrival until 6:00p.m. following the first night of your reservation - after which the booking will be deemed cancelled and all deposit paid shall thereupon be forfeited.

Reservation must be secured with 50% deposit prepayment to our bank account. For any cancellation of booking within 7 days before your scheduled check in date, the monies paid are deemed forfeited.
Upon check-in, you will be required to pay a deposit of RM50.00(this amount is to cover in the event the keys/pad lock are lost or damaged). At the time of check-out, your deposit of RM50.00 will be returned to you (minus (if any) amount deducted for the above damage and/loss of residence stay property).
